You have 12 months to access the courses and take the exam. If there is a valid reason for extending this please email us.
Having passed the course you will still have access to the course material for 12 months from the time of purchase. If you with to extend that time for a small fee we will switch you to the lifetime plan.
We will allow you 6 attempts at the exam. If you still have not passed by then we will on request offer you a full refund or you can opt for a tutorial consultation where we will look at all you attempts and help you find the areas that you are week in. You will the be given a further 3 attempts. If you still have not passed by then you will have forfeited your rights to a refund but we will extend your access to the course material and offer further resits at $10 per attempt.
We will always do our best to help you.
The Pass Mark is 60% and the number of candidates who pass in the first 6 attempts is 97.5% with 87% passing on their first attempt. To date nobody has yet failed to qualify having had the tutorial consultation.

You will be sent an email confirming your purchase. It will contain an important link to the Exam portal with instructions.
1) The email links to the Exam registration portal for your DevOps practitioner Exam. You will need to go on line and set up your Exam account. This will generate an email back to you with your exam details and a link to the actual exam itself. keep this safe, you will not need to activate this until you ready and you have 12 months in which to do so.
2) You will also receive a email to the Tuition courses. Again you will need to set up an account to access these. You have 12 months initial access.
Contact us with you full details and we will resend you a link. Please be aware due to time differences this may take up to 4 days.
Make a note of any error messages and then email us with as much information as you can. We will look to see why there is a problem and may send you a new link via email. Occasionally the server may go down for a maintenance so try again when convenient after a couple of hours. I will stress that this is a very rare occurrence.
Because we now offer the Exam to a everybody there is a converter to let you see what you will be paying in your local currency if it is on the list of 126 countries. If not it will revert to US dollars and your bank will charge you accordingly.

The set price id $99 US. Because of of currency fluctuations it may mean that you may pay a little or less. This will only be a small amount. Also be aware that you bank my charge you if you use Dollars and your account is in a different currency.
IF you use their details such as full name and e-mail then that is fine. they will receive all the necessary details.
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind as long as you don’t set up the Exam Account or Tuition courses.
